Service Limitations

The Seal Guys provides professional epoxy grouting and shower sealing services. Please note the following important limitations:

• Epoxy grouting can seal grout lines but cannot repair structural damage to tiles or underlying surfaces
• Our services address water penetration through grout and joints only
• Pre-existing damage, cracks, or structural issues must be repaired before our work begins
• We cannot guarantee complete elimination of all water penetration if underlying structural issues exist
• Results depend on proper surface preparation and customer maintenance

Pre-Existing Damage

Our warranty does not cover issues that existed before our work commenced. We will conduct a thorough inspection before beginning work and will inform you of any pre-existing damage. If you proceed with our services despite pre-existing damage, you acknowledge that our warranty does not apply to those areas.

Proper Maintenance Required

The durability of our work depends on proper maintenance by the property owner. Failure to follow maintenance guidelines will void the warranty. Required maintenance includes:

• After curing, clean gently using pH-neutral cleaning products only
• Avoid bleach, acidic products, harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbing, solvent-based cleaners, and pressure washing
• Ensuring proper bathroom ventilation
• Addressing water leaks promptly
• Not applying additional sealants without consulting us

No Guarantee Against All Water Penetration

While our epoxy grouting significantly reduces water penetration, we cannot guarantee 100% elimination of all water penetration in all circumstances. Factors beyond our control, such as structural movement, settling, or extreme conditions, may affect the performance of our work.

Liability Limitations

The Seal Guys' liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not liable for:

• Damage to property not directly caused by our work
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Water damage that occurs due to customer negligence or failure to maintain the property
• Damage resulting from structural issues or building defects
• Loss of use or business interruption

Site Conditions

We are not responsible for damage to existing fixtures, fittings, or property during our work if the site has not been properly prepared. We recommend removing personal items from the work area and ensuring adequate access for our team.

Third-Party Modifications

Our warranty becomes void if modifications are made to the sealed areas by third parties or other contractors without our knowledge or approval.
